Prices

Prices include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to alteration without notice.

Web Orders

Orders placed on our website are held on our system ready for processing by our sales department during normal working hours. All credit and debit card transactions are processed by ‘Stripe’ or ‘WorldPay’. No credit card information is kept by us

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges quoted are for delivery to UK Mainland or designated countries only. Please contact us for carriage prices if delivery charges to your location is not displayed.

Returns

Damaged goods must be reported by 12pm the day after receipt of goods. Claims after this time will not be accepted.  Please not we do not provide damage compensation for any glass item. Please keep all packaging for inspection in cases of damage. We will be happy to reimburse return carriage costs in cases where the goods are damaged (except glass), faulty or incorrect. However please confirm to us your intention to return goods before sending. 

Returns of incorrectly ordered goods must be agreed with us before return (at your expense). Items must be returned in an unused and fully re-saleable condition. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully a re-saleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item. We also reserve the right not to accept returns of non-faulty, correctly supplied goods. Please include your receipt in the parcel, plus a note stating the reason for the return. Sale goods are not returnable. Items.

Our professional and friendly sales team are on hand for help and advice on any purchase or prospective purchase you may be looking to make and will be happy to answer any queries that you may have. They will also be pleased to advise on current stock availability of all our products. And remember if you do not see what you are looking for, please ask as we may be able to get it for you.
